Authentic Consulting believes that systems of oppression - systems and individual acts of racism, sexism, homophobia, classism, ageism, gender oppression and others - not only separate us from others…those systems separate us from ourselves. I believe that the work of educating about and healing the impacts of oppression doesn’t only heal organizations, relationships, the world…but that work of exploring impacts of power, privilege, and difference heals individuals, as well.
That’s why I believe that we all have work to do toward the ending of systemic oppression and we've got to be about the work right now. Our world needs each of us right now. We want to be in touch with all that we are – and bring that everyday. All the time. That’s authenticity. |
